What is your shipping policy?

All of our products are handmade by our family and we make it our goal to ship online orders in 3 to 5 business days. Need an order sooner? Please send us an email before submitting your online order to charmingflames@gmail.com or submit a contact form and let us know what your timeline is and how we can help. 

DOMESTIC

All orders ship via USPS. We will email you a USPS tracking code when your online order has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL

At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Are your candles clean burning?

Absolutely! This is the most important element for us. We loved to burn candles but were tired of all the toxins that came in store bought candles so we began making our own! We use American grown non - GMO Organic soy bean wax without any phthalates, toxins or harmful chemicals. The candles burn clean, 50 + hours of soot free, toxin free bliss. Our scents are chemical free, essential oils when possible and earth friendly fragrance oils. The candles are hand scented to throw a scent that will fill the room but not overpower a room.

 What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products we have a NO RETURNS policy on soaps and personal hygiene products such as lotions, soaps, bath bombs, lip balms, etc. in accordance with federal safety regulations and the health and safety of both us and our customers to avoid contamination. This applies to both wholesale and retail purchases. If you have a question regarding our candles please reach out and send us an email and we will work to resolve it. Thank you!
